All products going to a United States destination are shipped UPS, USPS or Fed
Ex. Depending on your location, this generally takes two to seven business days.
Customers can determine the cost by using the shipping calculator provided on
the order page.
International orders are shipped via Express Mail, which includes insurance and
tracking. International shipping costs vary depending on total weight and destination.
Please email us for a shipping quote on any international orders.
Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 7 days of
your receipt of shipment. Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. If
a customer receives a damaged item and wants a replacement, it will be sent to
the customer along with a postage paid label to return the damaged item. Hot Sauce
Momma, or its supplier, will issue credit and/or a refund if, for any reason,
a customer is not satisfied with an item and does not want a replacement.
The item to be returned by the customer, however, must be mailed back in an appropriate
carton with adequate packing and be received by Hot Sauce Momma, or its supplier,
in resellable condition. Only the actual cost of the item returned (without shipping
and/or handling charges) will be credited or refunded to the customer once the
item is received by Hot Sauce Momma, or its supplier.
The customer is responsible to pay all shipping costs to return unwanted items,
and if those items are received by Hot Sauce Momma, or its supplier, in non-sellable
condition due to inadequate carton and/or packing, then the customer will not
be issued a credit/refund. If a UPS claim is processed Hot Sauce Momma, or its
supplier, will work with the customer to submit the claim.
