Hot Sauce Momma got it's humble
beginnings when we realized that we just could not find decent BBQ Sauces, Hot
Sauces or Salsa's at our local grocery stores. So, as we traveled we started looking
for these items where ever we went. We followed up on every word of mouth tip
given us and we searched and searched the internet.
As we compiled our list we were suprised at the number of recipes folks wanted
to share with us. Each had a favorite brand they liked to use in their "special"
recipe. People also started sharing with us what they didn't like about the
stuff that was available in the local grocery stores. We won't go into that
here but you can bet there were lots of reasons.
We quickly realized that the people who were really into doing it right wanted
the freshest ingredients possible and more an more people were looking for health
smart products like low carb,no fat and no MSG.
The old light bulb went off and we created Hot
Sauce Momma's!
We would gather products that contained the freshest possible ingredients and
were low in Carbs, Fat and MSG. We would try to
feature only products that fit this idea. We also knew that we could not control
everything that went into other companies products but we would focus on those
that met our plan.
